Emma Sullivan is an experienced director of film and TV, working across all genres. Most recently, she helmed the massive Netflix series, ONE PIECE, based on the incredibly popular Japanese manga. The show clocked 72 Million views, and she is lead director on Season 2 (release in 2026). Other TV credits include -- THE WATCH (BBC/AMC), DOCTOR WHO (BBC/Bad Wolf), SILENT WITNESS (BBC/A&E), and CALL THE MIDWIFE (BBC/Neal Street).
She was nominated for a Palme d’Or at Cannes Film Festival for her film After Tomorrow, which won many awards worldwide including Best Short Film at the Edinburgh Film Festival. She is a graduate of the National Film and Television School, Central St Martin’s College of Art & Design and The Royal College of Art.
